The evening was opened with prayer. Then The Joymasters from Canton, GA opened the concert. This group was founded by Jerry Forrester and his wife 47 years ago and continues today sing with a full band. Tenor Jackie Fortner from Gainesville, GA, best known for the years he spent traveling with Liberty across America, blessed the audience with his great tenor voice singing some of the best songs of his career. Anywhere Jackie sings, he always brings the house down and fills it

with the Holy Spirit.

Zion Quartet from Dallas, GA, with their band, added more enjoyment to the evening. Michael Whitaker sings tenor for the group, Joseph Dudley, lead, Kevin McBrayer, baritone, and Scott Townsend, bass. The band consists of Bruce Lee, piano; Tommy Pante, bass guitar and Adam Beavers, drums. Bruce closed their set singing a solo and playing a song that set the house on fire, with the audience really being blessed. Folks were shouting and (as I’ve heard some say) the ladies were shouting their bobbie-pins out, so ‘you better duck so you don’t get hit by one.’  www.zionqt.com
