18 Songs into the Top 50 in Prestigious Charts

Nashville, TN (August 20, 2015) Les Butler is pleased to announce that Family Music Group has promoted 18 songs into the top 50 of the most recent major Southern Gospel and Bluegrass Gospel Radio Charts. These include charts from The Singing News, Cashbox, SGN Scoops and Absolutely Gospel Music.

Topping the list on the Southern Gospel Charts is, “Shout,” from the Williamsons which has landed in the #6 spot in the upcoming Singing News chart (their second top 10 in a row.) “Shout,” has also hit number 2 in the SGN Scoops Top 40, and gained the # 1 spot in the Christian Music Weekly, and Affirm Radio Charts! Also moving to the top is Eighth Day with, “He is Mine,” garnering the #2 spot in the Absolutely Gospel charts and high positions in others.

Other Southern Gospel songs promoted by Family Music Group making the topĀ 40 include, Tim Livingston, “More Than Enough,” which is in the #2 slot on the SGN Scoops chart and is a Top 20 in the Singing News Southern Gospel chart and climbing. Goodman Revival with, “What a Happy Time,” has been a huge hit this Summer, reaching the Top 20 in multiple charts. Listeners have also responded to Canton Junction’s, “Weep no More,” taking it to the Top 40 position, right out of the gate.

Family Music Group and its artists have also shined in the Bluegrass Gospel
Charts. Led by Heaven’s Mountain Band’s, “Somebody Prayed,” at #1, FMG artists held 8 slots in the upcoming Singing News Top 20 Bluegrass Gospel Chart! Family Music Group also promoted 6 of the Top 10 in the Cashbox Bluegrass Gospel Chart, including Bama Blu-Grace which held down the #2 position with, “He Arose.”
