Dahlonega, Georgia (November 2, 2015) The multi-award winning group Karen Peck and New River is excited to announce the dates and artists performing for their 2016 ” Christian Music Nights” Homecoming. This is going to be a special year for the event because it will mark the group’s 25th Anniversary.
The 25th Anniversary Homecoming is scheduled for Father’s Day weekend on June 17th & 18th, 2016. Karen Peck and New River along with the New River Band will be joined by some of your favorite groups in Southern Gospel music. Jeff and Sheri Easter and The Guardians will be there Friday night. Brian Free and Assurance along with the New River Band will be there to sing and celebrate on Saturday night.
Karen stated, “We are very excited to be celebrating 25 years of ministry in 2016. The Lord has blessed us tremendously over the years. We want to thank those who have prayed and supported KPNR and we are personally inviting everyone to join us Father’s Day weekend in our hometown of Dahlonega, Georgia for our 25th Anniversary Celebration. This KPNR Homecoming is going to be very special. We are looking forward to a wonderful time with family and friends.”
The two day event takes place in New River Park located at 34 Gooch Road in Dahlonega, Georgia. Friday night, June 17th, the event gets started at 7:00 PM and Saturday the 18th will begin at 6:00 PM. Bring your own lawn chair and be ready to hear some great music. Admission is a $15 donation in advance and $18 at the gate, while children under 12 are free.
