NASHVILLE, Tenn. – The administrators and staff of AbsolutelyGospel.com are proud to announce the the hosts and list of performers for the upcoming Absolutely Gospel Music Awards Celebration. This year’s celebration will feature performances from many of the top nominated artists. Hosting this year’s Awards Celebration are talented musicians and vocalists Gordon Mote and Josh Singletary.
Gordon Mote is no stranger to Gospel and Country music. Gordon is an Academy of Country Music Award winning musician who has played for some of the top artists in Country and Gospel music including Brad Paisley, Trisha Yearwood, Rascal Flatts, the Gaither Vocal Band, and many more. Gordon is a two-time recipient and 10-time nominee of Musician of the Year in the Absolutely Gospel Music Awards.
Josh Singletary is the baritone vocalist and keyboard player for Absolutely Gospel Music Award winner Tribute. He is known for his quick wit and humor in addition to being a celebrated musician and vocalist. Josh is nominated for Musician of the Year again this year, which is his second career nomination in the category.
The Awards Celebration will feature performances by Karen Peck & New River, Michael English, The Talleys, Jeff & Sheri Easter, Gordon Mote, Gold City, Tribute, The Browders, Amber Nelon Thompson, Jim Brady Trio, Wilburn & Wilburn, 11th Hour, and The Williamsons.

In addition to hosts and performers, site administrators are proud to announce a new location for the event. This year’s Awards Celebration will take place at Nashville First Church of the Nazarene in downtown Nashville. The new location features more seating and the ability to stream the program live.
“We are so thankful for the previous location that hosted the awards program for the last 10 years, however due to construction and parking issues, we had to move. This new location is more centralized to the Nashville area and can seat more people. This is a great move for us,” mentioned Deon Unthank.
